RETURNS POLICY

Welcome to JAHA COLLECTIVE! At our shop, we prioritize your satisfaction, and we're committed to transparency and ethical production. Kindly review our refund policy to ensure a delightful shopping experience.

OUR COMMITMENT 

We aim to provide detailed product descriptions for your made-to-order items. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

RETURNS

We do not offer returns and exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, contact us at shop@desireejaha.com. Photo evidence is sufficient for damaged items; we do not require returns.

CANCELLATIONS

All items are made to order. You may cancel within 1 hour of order placement via the blue chat box. After production starts, cancellations are unlikely.

REFUNDS 

Refunds are exclusive to customers receiving incorrect or damaged items. Contact us at shop@desireejaha.com with photos, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

For damaged items, email shop@desireejaha.com with photos and order details within 30 days. We'll offer a refund for manufacturing errors or demonstrable damage.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we don't offer exchanges. Refer to our sizing charts, and contact us with any queries. Mislabelled items can be replaced or refunded.

BUYER'S REMORSE

Refunds for customer-induced changes are unlikely. We're here to resolve issues related to manufacturing errors or incorrect orders.

WRONG ADDRESS

For insufficient addresses, we'll contact you for confirmation. Reshipment costs apply after updating the address.

UNCLAIMED

Unclaimed shipments are donated to charity, and we cover the costs.

WRONG SIZE

Sizes ordered in error aren't eligible for refunds. Contact us for assistance with the correct size, with a small fee for fulfillment and shipping.

GENERAL PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & LIMITED EDITIONS

Availability isn't guaranteed. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cancel orders. Limited-edition apparel has specific size limitations, so choose carefully.
