1. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Our Return Process:

We aim for every purchase to result in a happy customer. In the rare instance of a fault, our return policy is as follows:

  1. Faulty Products: You can return a faulty product within 14 days. Contact our customer services team via the contact form, providing your name and order number.
  2. Returns Procedure: Our team will guide you through the returns procedure. Clear descriptions and digital images can often streamline the process.
  3. Verification: In many cases, we can take remedial action based on email substantiation. If not, you may need to return the item for inspection.
  4. Return Initiation: Please do not send products back without contacting our team first.

Important Notes:

  • Non-Faulty Goods: Returns for non-faulty goods aren't accepted due to the personalized nature of our products.
  • Faulty Goods Return: Use Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery for proof of delivery. You may be reimbursed for return postage costs if we are at fault.

Please Note: If the product is in used condition, we may suggest alternatives for faulty workmanship rather than repair.

Refund Policy:

  • Within 15 minutes of order placement, you can contact us to edit or cancel for a full refund.
  • After 15 minutes, a mandatory 20% charge applies due to our bespoke, made-to-order process.

After Receiving Items:

  • If there are concerns, contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, providing order number and summary with pictures.
  • Goods made to your specifications cannot be returned, but alternative solutions may be explored at our discretion.

2. NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Return & Refund Policy:

  • You have 14 days to cancel your contract for non-personalized products, with return costs covered by you.
  • In case of a manufacturing fault, we offer free repair or replacement.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Within 15 Minutes:

  • Contact us within 15 minutes for order edits or cancellations with a full refund.

After 15 Minutes:

  • A 20% charge applies if canceled after 15 minutes due to the bespoke, made-to-order process.
